Where are you originally from and why did you become a doula?

I am from Northern Virginia. Holding my baby in my arms after birthing her and being blown away by the miracle of the process - realizing the support I received from the circle of wise women was pivotal in my positive birth. it was time to join the circle and support others.

Do you specialize in a particular area of newborn care?

Lactation - I am a CLC. Gentle sleep training

What do you enjoy about working with new families and newborns?

I love nurturing families - with the little things that make for a smoother transition. I love to cook, educate and empower!

If there was one thing you wish everyone knew about doulas (birth or postpartum), what would it be?

We support all types of births and parenting styles!

What do you enjoy outside of Doula work?

I love to run, workout and do yoga. I am a foodie and love to eat out and cook. I love exploring wine, good Netflix series and spending time with my family.
